Short-term sublet for 3 months of my beautiful split-level 2 bedroom flat just off of Newington Green

Available from 10th of August - 10th of October, flexible with dates

I'm looking for a trustworthy couple or couple of friends who are looking for a cozy place to live in for approx three months.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, that can either be used as two bedrooms or as one bedroom and a separate office space (see pictures of same room with different set-up). It's a fully furnished split level flat with an open living room and kitchen on the upper floor.
As this is my home, it is a fully and nicely furnished flat, with all amenities (washer/dryer, wifi, sheet and linen), which I hope will be used with care and respect! It is ideally located between Newington Green and Stokey, with busses to central at the doorstep and overground 10 minutes by foot.
The area has many cute cafes, restaurants and shops, with Clissold Park just a few minutes away.

Full price is £2400 (all bills included) and availability is for three months, ideally starting around the 10th of August.
For people interested to stay at least 2 months, I can be flexible with dates!
