Double room in Newington Green + separate office

I am looking for a flatmate for this beautiful Newington Green house (located on the sought after Albion Road), as my current flatmate is moving back to Australia. We have lived in the flat for two years and absolutely loved it.

The room is spacious and comes furnished with a queen-sized bed (although the room could fit a king-sized bed). The flat has two bathrooms, so you would have your own bathroom. Plus, given that the property is a three-bed, you would be able to use the spare room as a separate office or a second lounge, if you wished. The flat has a huge back garden and balcony which gets a lot of sun and is very modern. It is warm and cosy in the winter. It was recently renovated by the landlords, so everything is very modern.

A bit about me - I am 31, from New Zealand and have been working as a lawyer in the City for around four years. I am social, fun, love to go the gym and run, and enjoy all of the lovely wine bars, pubs, restaurants and parks of Newington Green.
