- We get a cleaner once a month for shared areas (about £15 each) and like to keep the place tidy in between.

It's a lovely area to live in, many pubs, cafe's, takeaways and parks. It's a 7 minute walk from Canonbury overground or 10 minutes from Dalston Junction. Also a 17 minute walk from Highbury and Islington and right next to a few bus routes. Kat (27) works in landscape architecture and Beth (26) works in social research.

We have friends over occasionally, host the odd house party, go the pub together and chill some evenings.

We are looking for someone sociable and chill who would be up for the odd pub trip :)
