Looking for a friendly female flatmate to join my lovely home in the heart of Newington Green.

The Area: Ideally located just moments from the vibrant restaurants, pubs, and cafés of Newington Green, with Dalston also nearby, and offering excellent access to local transport links. Clissold park is just a 15 minute walk away too.

Dalston Kingsland: 8-10 min walk
Dalston Junction: 10- 15 min walk
Highbury & Islington: 20- 25 min walk
Plus lots of buses!

I work from the office 2/ 3 days a week and I am looking for someone who is in the office 4/ 5 days a week. The flat is best suited for someone who works in the office for most of their working week. The flat is generally quiet and relaxed during the week.

🗓️ Available: From the 25th July (flexible if this needs to be sooner)
💷 Rent: £980 a month
⚡ Bills: £220 month (Council Tax, internet, water, service charge — all in)
Gas & electricity comes out quarterly (looking for this to be changed)
⏳ Duration: Minimum 6 months

About Me:

I’m Annabel (32) a Marketing Director from South- West London. I love a mix of quiet evenings, meals out, pub trips and weekends out and about.

I’m looking for: A friendly, clean and respectful female flatmate who enjoys being social but also values their own space. If you WFH, please use your bedroom for that (you can replace the chest of drawers with a desk) so that we can keep the living room/ kitchen as our shared social space.

A space to make your own!

Shared Spaces:
Separate kitchen and living room
Kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer
Large living room which leads onto a small balcony.
Bathroom: Shower and free standing bath tub and plenty of storage space.
Balcony: A lovely outside space to enjoy during summer days and evenings with friends.
