Hi all, I am leaving my cosy room and looking for a replacement for our shared flat.
The house is located in the heart of Stoke Newington. It is a 15 mins walk from Church street and Dalston Kingsland station. There is a tesco on the opposite street, a Jolene 2 mins away, and lots of other cute shops and cafes around.

The house:
There are two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms overall, and a cute garden/patio that receives a lot of sun. The flat itself is quite bright and we have a lot of plants that are thriving. The landlord is very nice and responsive.
You’ll be sharing with Bec and Mark. They’re friends in their early 30s who you can often find at the cinema/theatre/art gallery, having a beer at a local pub or checking out a new wine bar. We are looking for another lovely person to join the household. We are all quite chatty and are down for an occasional movie night, but also have our own busy lives.
One thing to note is that there are currently works happening on the rooftop - they are not everyday and it is quiet for the most part. The landlord is hoping for them to be done very soon, but just wanted to flag that for full transparency :)
