We have a room becoming available in our lovely home and are looking for a new flatmate!

The flat is a spacious, bright & modern 3 bedroom duplex apartment, right on leafy Newington Green, with wooden floors and a modern kitchen. We have a good relationship with the landlord who we deal with directly.

About the flat:
The living room and kitchen area is one sunny open room, overlooking the Green, perfect to have a chat , cook or watch a movie together.

The available room comes with a bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is space for a desk.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, clean and modern too.

About us:
We are 2 young professionals looking for another social & easy going professional, well house trained.

Karrisa, 33, from Portland, Oregon and works in Comms for local government. She loves travelling, reading + writing, exploring London with friends, going to shows and dancing.

Mar, 28, is from Panama/ Ecuador, works in art & culture, loves movies, fashion, reading, grabbing a drink or a meal, dancing and traveling.

We like the atmosphere in the house pretty relaxed, kind, joyful and respectful. We would love to find a new housemate in the same mindset!

About Newington Green:
It's perfectly located at walking distance from Dalston, Stoke Newington and Highbury and Islington, as well as a 15 min bus ride to Angel.

Newington Green has that lovely village feel whilst being really centrally located. There are loads of cute cafes, pubs and restaurants around. There is a Tesco around the corner on Green Lanes and many smaller food shops, including the most amazing fruit and veg shop if you like cooking.

Canonbury station in a 7 min walk away and connects to most of the Overground, and to the tube via Highbury & Islington. There are a lot of buses stoping at our doorstep including: 341, 73, 21, 141 and 236. 56 and 38 are down the street.
