Looking for someone to take over my room in a prime Newington Green flat! The rent is £900 per month with all bills included, and the room itself is a big, bright, and fully furnished space featuring a comfortable double bed, a TV, a clothes rack, and a large table that is perfect for working from home or hosting friends.

The location is fantastic, a 15-minute walk from Canonbury or Dalston Junction stations with plenty of direct buses running straight into central London. You are also a short walk from Clissold Park and Dalston, and just a quick cycle or 30-minute walk over to London Fields. Plus, the building has wonderful neighbours with a communicative and easy-going group chat for the block.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Oscar, a 42-year-old music producer from Australia. He is frequently in the studio day and night, so you will often have the place to yourself. He is very clean, friendly, and mostly keeps to his own routine, though he is always happy to grab an occasional drink at the pub. The flat is also pet-friendly depending on the pet, though it would just need to be run by Oscar first.
