Cosy one bedroom in the heart of Newington Green

I am looking for someone who is looking for a short-term stay (3 months) and who will be taking care of my flat as if it was their own whilst I'm travelling the world.

Dates: I will be leaving the country from 18th December and coming back around 1st April.

About the flat: The flat is a cosy one bedroom in the heart of Newington Green. The entrance of the flat is on the main street, with amenities and shops at your doorstep. Situated on the 3rd and last floor of the building, it's a quiet space, full of light and well isolated (you won't get cold!).

All bills are included in the price of the flat and that includes water, gas, electricity, council tax and high-speed WiFi.

The flat is fully furnished with a King size bed and all kitchen appliances, a shower, toilet and a nice living area.

I will be emptying most of the storage but will leave some towels, sheets and cleaning products for the house.

I have a regular cleaner whom I could recommend if that was of interest.

I am looking for someone who will want to stay most of the period where I'm away.

I will be conducting video calls with people interested.
