Hello! I will sadly be leaving my lovely Newington Green flat as I’m leaving London for a wee while - meaning my room will be vacant from the 6th October (option to move in a couple of days earlier if needed).

- £983 each per month (due on the 6th of every month)

- Bills & council tax: not included, roughly £100 each per month

Area 📍

Right in the heart of Newington Green, such a vibrant but chilled area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, bakeries and cosy pubs. It’s a hidden gem here and I will truly miss it. Close to Essex Road and Dalston too for even more options!

The flat 🏙️

- 5th floor of block (lift access).

- Stunning views of Canary Wharf and St. Paul’s.

- Light & airy rooms, fully furnished.

- My room: double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe & black-out blind all included. I have a vanity desk too which I bought but happy to leave as well.

- While there is lift access to floor 5, there is only a staircase down to the flat from our front door.

You would be living with 👋🏼

- Aarthi (27, turning 28 in Sept), from London, works for a food charity. WFH mostly with 1 day a week in the office.

- Teresa (26, turning 27 in Sept), from Frankfurt, PHD student. In the lab pretty much all week with the odd WFH day.

Female preferred, aged 25-35. We are a friendly flat and love a catch up over dinner and exploring the local area. Equally we do have our own lives, social circles and value each other’s space!

Ideal for someone who plans on sticking around for a while. No couples or pets, sorry!

Transport 🚊

10 minute walk to both Canonbury and Dalston Kingsland stations (overground). 20 minute walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line).

Great bus service to Moorgate, Angel, King’s Cross, Stoke Newington etc.

Shopping 🛍️

Big Sainsbury’s, Aldi and M&S Foodhall are both a 10 minute walk. 5 minute walk (if that) to Tesco Express. Lots of independent delis and shops nearby too!
