Bright Cosy Double room in Newington Green

Hi everyone!
We’re Isobel and Annabell, and we’re looking for a flatmate to join us in our three-bedroom maisonette in Newington Green.
The flat is spacious and bright, with the kitchen, living/dining and bathroom on the 1st floor, and bedrooms on the top floor.
The flat is really well situated, about 2 minutes from Newington Green.
For transport, we’re 10 minutes to Canonbury station, and 15 minutes to both Dalston overground stations.
Rent is £940 per month, with bills an additional £150.
The room comes furnished with a large double bed and wardrobe. The dresser is owned by our current flatmate but can be left if needed. It’s big enough to fit a desk so working from home is possible.
And about us! I’m an interior designer, originally from Ireland, working 4 days a week in the office. I love cooking, yoga, reading, and finding the best pub in the area🍻
Annabell is from Germany and is a medical researcher, in the office 5 days a week, and spends her free time running, swimming and watching football with friends!
Together, we’re looking for someone who is social and friendly, clean and respectful of the shared spaces, and keen to make our house a home!
