The flat is south facing, with a balcony, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate loo, and kitchen.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe with access to a separate cupboard for storage. There is a large window with double glazing that lets in a lot of light.

Transport links include: Nine Elms tube station 1 min walk (Northern line.) Vauxhall tube and railway station 7 min walk, with overground connections to Waterloo, Clapham Junction, and Victoria, and Victoria line underground. Bus stop right outside the door to Clapham Junction and Trafalgar Square (Both a 10 min bus ride away.)

Interests: Tate Britain is 15 min walk. Many pubs, bars, coffee shops , including Gail’s, and restaurants close by, including Battersea Power station. The Thames is a 5 min walk away. Central London is easily accessible by bike (many boris bike stations), walking, underground, overground or bus.

Amenities: large Sainsbury’s 2 min walk, large Waitrose 5 min walk, and a Tesco metro, Sainsbury’s local, Little Waitrose all within 7 min walk.

I own and live in the flat, and am looking for a female professional to take the second room during the week.

I am a tidy, non-smoker. As such my tenant must be both of these things. I have an active lifestyle, live healthily and like to cook my own food.
