Hello everyone, we’re Moy, Juliette and Andrew and we’re looking for someone to join our lovely home.

About the house:
The flat has four bedrooms, one bathroom - with a shower/ bath and toilet - and an extra toilet. It has a big kitchen and lounge (well big for London) and even boasts a decent-sized garden for when the temperature is above single digits. The rooms are spread over three floors and it’s fully furnished. It’s based in a quiet area, 10 mins walk from Stockwell tube station, and five from Nine Elms station. Bus stops nearby, too. Everything you need is a small walk from home, including a big Sainos, Lidl, gyms, The Swan, etc.

About the room:
It‘s the on the ground floor and has a high ceiling giving you plenty of space. It’s a well-shaped room that’s furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room is £800 p/m excluding bills. Bills are usually around £120 pcm.

About us:

Juliette - Kiwi/Aussie, 29, working in architecture. Pro: The matriarch of the house, London and life. Con: Loves The Swan.

Andrew - English, 25, working at a hedge fund.
Pro: Can consume a gallon of milk a day
Cons: Can consume a gallon of milk a day

Moy- Kiwi, 33, working in food (popcorn). Pro: Free popcorn & the parent of the house. Con: The alcoholic of the house.

We’re all happy, social people who are more friends than flat mates - cliche, I know. If we’re home you’ll find us all in the kitchen cooking and chatting away. You’ll only find us in our rooms if we’re sleeping or exhausted. We enjoy having mates over for a bev or two, but often head out after that.

About you:
We’re looking for another like-minded person to join us, (preferably a girl to keep the gender balance). Being social and capable of getting on with people is a must. Obviously respectful of others and knowing how to clean up after yourself is a must, too (mostly as an adult, but definitely in this flat).

Important stuff:
The move in date would be 15th October.
