Vauxhall/Nine Elms Room in 3 Bed Flat

Hello,

We have 1 double bedroom available in the Vauxhall/ Nine Elms area from the 1st of November. The flat is three bed, one bathroom with a separate living room and will be shared with two 28/29 year old best friends from Ireland who have lived in the flat for 5 years. It is less than a minute walk from a Northern line tube station, many bus stops and a large Sainsburys, as well as a 10 minute walk from Victoria line and National Rail (Vauxhall station),

We are a friendly, easy going flat who love nothing more than sitting on the couch watching TV with a cup of tea. However, it's worth noting that we do already have an established social network, so this may not be best for someone hoping to join a wider friendship circle or someone who has just moved to London. Being veggie/ flexitarian would be a plus :)

Bills are not included. They are around £100 per month including Lambeth Council Tax Band C, Internet, water, gas and electricity. You must have a permanent full time job and references - these are landlord requirements and not negotiable.
