Double room, Nine Elms - with Garden & Terrace

Our housemate is soon to be moving onto bigger and better things, so we’ve got a room in Nine Elms, available from 9th Sept, and we’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join us.

About the House:
We’re just a 5-minute walk from the Northern Line at Nine Elms, and 15 minutes from Stockwell for the Victoria Line. Puregym is 1 min walk away, Tesco Express (2 mins) and a large Sainsbury's (8 mins), super convenient! Tennis courts are 5 mins walk away, and Battersea Power Station shops are just 20 mins walk.

The house is modern and was newly refurbished last year, so everything’s in great condition. We’ve got a living room, 2 bathrooms, a garden, and a roof terrace for the summer BBQ's! The room is a good size, with plenty of natural light. Room includes the bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

About Us:
You’ll be living with Joe (29), Jack (30), and Daisy (25). We’re a sociable bunch who like to hang out together, whether it’s cooking dinner, watching a movie, or just having a chat after work. We’re all good friends and pretty laid-back but we respect each other’s space, so you’ll have plenty of privacy too.

About the Contract:
Rolling 2 month contract renewing in September, there is also flexible name change clause allowing for shorter periods/moving out.
