Hey! I’m looking for two friendly, tidy and respectful flatmates to a modern three-bedroom flat in the newly developed Nine Elms area!

Two flatmates are moving in with their partners and only one (Luis) is staying.

This 2nd floor flat is located a 1 minute walk away from Nine Elms tube stop (Nothern line), 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall (Victoria line) and a big Sainsbury’s is just around the corner. The lovely Battersea park and power station are also both within walking distance for access to restaurants, shopping and sports.

The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and two small balconies, one of which overlooks the gardens. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

It comes only with the beds, sofa and the dining table but some other furniture might be for sale by the current tenants!

Not included and adds up to £130 per person and month on average. (Council tax, gas, electricity, water, wifi)
