Double room in house share available July

We are three girls in our 20s looking for a fourth girlie to move into our lovely home from the beginning of July. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, one with a shower so you would be sharing with two other girls and the other has an en-suite. We’re all sociable and hang out whenever we have free time and don’t mind if you want to have friends over. There’s a garden/ patio on the ground floor and a roof terrace (perfect for sunbathing in the summer). We also have a wine cooler, dishwasher and a kitchen with plenty of equipment. One of us also has a cat but she sleep in the one bedroom and occasionally wanders around the shared spaces and never enters the others bedrooms. Will be taking viewings over the next few weeks and are looking for someone who would like to stay one year minimum. Deposit is £1096
