Nine Elms Single Room with Sunny Balcony

We’re looking to fill a room in our Nine Elms rental, preferably a female in her mid-late 20s.

We’re a group of professionals that didn’t know each other before moving in but have absolutely become tight mates - the occasional pub trip or dinner is not off the cards

We ideally want someone sociable, but obviously during the week everyone has their own stuff going on and the flat is quite chilled

FYI, you’ll need to pay the deposit before signing onto the lease directly to the old tenant

We’ll be doing viewings on the 28th after 6PM and some in the following week
