Short Term Let Available - Late Notice

After being let down on the 5th, this room is back available again from 9th August. I’d prefer to move back in on 1st Sept.

I’m working away in August and am looking to sublet my room in SW8. Photos of the room were taken last week, the others are obvs previous estate agent pics but genuinely a fair representation- the whole flat was repainted last month.

Double bedroom- I’ll be leaving my TV for use and more importantly right now, my fan! There’s a wardrobe inside the room and shelving in. cupboards on the landing that I’ve made room in. I’ve got spare towels and bedding that you can use 🛌

Bathroom- bath, shower, toilet, wash basin 🚿

Downstairs loo.🚽

Kitchen- you’ll have my cupboards and fridge shelf and obviously free use of the pots/ pans/ air fryer/ microwave/ washing machine/ dishwasher etc 🍳

Lounge-diner - additional sofa compared to the pic! TV has most the apps on there, some nights we chill in there, some nights everyone’s in their rooms 📺

Balcony - sun trap until 1:30pm this time of year with furniture ☀️

Outside storage - bikes are kept here 🚲

You’ll be sharing with three lads and we’re actually all moving out in September so if you’re looking for something more permanent we can always put you in touch with the landlord!

£775 based on 22 nights, prorated on rent and bills I pay!
