Looking for flatmate for En-suite Bedroom

Hi!

I’m looking for a flatmate to takeover the en-suite bedroom in my 2 bed flat which is occupied by myself and my French bulldog milo. The flat is spacious, has all the amenities needed and easy commutable spot near Nine Elms.

Housemate must be clean, lgbt+ friendly , doesn’t mind pets and not too much of a party goer as I’ll be studying as well as working.

Myself I’m quite social as well as likes my own space, I have a hybrid work schedule as well as spending time at Uni so my week is varied, but would be to go for an occasional drink in the weekend to catch up.

Any questions feel free to ask, as a potential lodger a deposit is not needed but any damages I’d expect to help out with repairs.

This would be a short term let ending by March
