Cute and Bright Double Room in Zone 1

Looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful female to take over my tenancy in our cozy, well-connected flat in Nine Elms. I love my flatmates, our home, and this bit of London so much, I want to leave it to a girl I trust to appreciate it <3

About you:
- respectful, friendly, and tidy (the roommates are very friendly)
- a girl looking for a chill place to take care of and call home
- not too much luggage -- kitchen is mostly fully stocked so we like to share and take turns buying stuff, room has good but not abundant storage space
- we'd prefer not WFH

About us:
- You'll be taking over my room; I've just finished my Masters and will be moving to Korea to work for a climate NGO
- Roommates: a 27yo iranian newly postdoc researcher and a 30yo taiwanese graphic designer WFH
- we like music, nature, travel, cooking, and good vibes ~

About the flat:
- In Zone 1, 5min walk to Nine elms, 10-15min to Vauxhall + Stockwell, and a nice walk to Battersea PS (+the Thames :)
- 5-10 min walk to a HUGE grocery, libraries, cafes, off license, great portuguese, and an amazing chippie
- 3rd floor and corner unit (no elevator) so despite being in a well-connected area, it is quiet and the room has great light
- room is spacious for 1 person and fully furnished (bed+100% down/cotton sheets, desk, drawers+closet, lighting, mirrors)
- shared spacious bathroom and shower (we've had no issue w traffic in the past)

*I half-furnished the room myself (e. g. desk, full-length mirror, bedding, curtains, lighting) so I would like to sell those for £150 total to the next tenant (everything less than a year old and like new)

Amenities: wifi, heating, in-unit washer, full kitchen, security (fob and locks), outdoor playground and green areas
