Our current flatmate is moving back home to the Caribbean, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over her room in our flat in Nine Elms.

£500 pcm + bills | Available immediately | Nine Elms

Cosy, compact single room available in a quiet, well-located flat for £500 per month, excluding bills.

The room is small, so I want to be upfront about the size, but it’s cosy and has useful shelf/storage space. It would be ideal for someone who prioritises affordability, location and a comfortable shared home.

Bills: approximately £130–£150 per month, including internet and the usual household bills.

The flat & who you’ll live with

You’ll initially be sharing with me and one male flatmate. He is planning to move out in November, at which point we’ll be looking for another suitable flatmate for his room.

You would share a large bathroom and shower with me, so I’m particularly looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. The flat has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere rather than a party-house environment.

Female preferred.

A little about me: I’ve recently completed an internship and am currently interviewing for my next role. I enjoy going to the gym, cafés and having a calm home environment. I’m friendly but quite independent, so I’m looking for someone who would enjoy a relaxed and respectful flatshare.

Tenancy & referencing

This is a joint tenancy rather than an individual room-only tenancy. The agreed rent contribution for this room is £500 per month, excluding bills, with rent normally paid on the 12th of each month.

Any incoming tenant will need to be approved by the landlady and complete the required referencing/affordability checks before joining the tenancy. Referencing is completed through OpenRent. A UK-based guarantor may be required if the affordability requirements are not met.
