Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional individual or couple to join me in a beautiful, spacious and peaceful flat in Nine Elms, SW8, as my current flatmate is relocating to Ireland.

The flat is in a lovely, quiet residential area with excellent transport connections, making it ideal for professionals working in central London who want somewhere comfortable and relaxing to come home to.

The Room

The available bedroom is exceptionally large, with plenty of space to make yourself at home, whether you’re moving in alone or as a couple.

One of its standout features is a beautiful freestanding bathtub located within the bedroom itself, giving the space a unique, luxurious feel.

The room also has its own private toilet, with access to a separate, spacious bathroom with a shower.

There’s also an additional smaller room that can be used for extra storage or as a work-from-home space, which is particularly useful for anyone working remotely or on a hybrid schedule.

The Flat

The flat is spacious, cosy and well maintained, with:

The roof terrace is one of my favourite features of the property and is perfect for relaxing, enjoying some fresh air or sitting outside when the weather is nice.

It’s a peaceful home rather than a busy houseshare. There would only be two of us living here if you’re moving in individually, or three of us if you’re moving in as a couple.

Location – Nine Elms, SW8

The location is genuinely one of the best things about the flat. It’s situated in a quiet, pleasant residential area while being incredibly well connected to central London.

* 5-minute walk to Nine Elms Underground station (Northern line)
* 15-minute walk to Battersea Power Station
* Around 15 minutes’ walk to Stockwell Underground station (Northern and Victoria lines)
* Around 15–20 minutes’ walk to Battersea Park and Battersea Park station
* 3-minute walk to PureGym
* 5-minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s and Starbucks
* Around 10 minutes to Black Sheep Coffee
* Close to the US Embassy
* Plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés, shops and local amenities nearby

The Northern line provides convenient connections to central London, including Waterloo, London Bridge and the City.

Despite being so close to everything, the immediate neighbourhood is very quiet, which makes the flat a lovely place to live.

Rent and Bills

Rent is £2,000 per month for the room, whether occupied by an individual or a couple.

For couples, this works out to £1,000 per person per month if split equally.

Bills are not included and are estimated at approximately £120–£150 per person per month, depending on usage and the number of occupants. Costs may be higher during winter.

References and standard landlord checks will be required, and a UK-based guarantor may be requested.

A Little About Me

I work in finance and am friendly, easygoing and respectful of other people’s space.

I’m naturally quite quiet and enjoy having a clean, peaceful and comfortable home, especially after a busy day.

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat, but I also really value privacy and personal space. I think it’s important that everyone feels comfortable and relaxed in their own home.

I’m open to living with either a single professional or a couple, regardless of gender. Ideally, I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with.
