We’re three girls aged 24–28 looking for a fourth housemate to join our lovely four-bedroom house in Nine Elms, with the room available from Monday 14 December 2026.

The house has loads of space, including a huge living room, kitchen, conservatory, roof terrace, downstairs terrace, and an extra downstairs toilet. You’d be sharing a bathroom (with a bath!) with two of us.

📍 Location: 5 minutes’ walk from Nine Elms (Northern line) and 10 minutes from Stockwell (Victoria line). There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and pubs nearby.

💸 Rent: £975 per month + approximately £125 per month in bills.

👋 A bit about us: We’re friendly, working professionals who enjoy socialising together, whether that’s a chat at home or a drink at the pub, but we also value having our own space and downtime.

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy working professional who’d like to be part of a sociable but relaxed house share. A non-smoker is preferred.
