You would be sharing with me, a 45-year-old, non-smoking marketing professional that’s pretty easy going and happy to share my home with someone like-minded during the week. I love keeping fit and am currently training for a half marathon. I’m often out and about socialising with friends but also enjoy quiet nights in watching TV.

I am looking for a non-smoking professional who has a home already but requires week day accommodation nearer work. The room is available from Monday nights to Friday mornings. My home is located 10 minutes’ walk from Norbury station so perfectly located for people commuting into central London or locally in Croydon and further south.

The bus at the end of the road takes you directly down the high road to Streatham and Balham, where you can pick up the Northern line.

The available room is a large double with a king size bed. There is a large double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space plus draws. It would be no bother for you to leave personal belongings over the weekend and you would have access to all other communal spaces during the week. Every room in the house has been renovated in the last year so everything is fresh, sparkly and brand new.

The house is centrally heated and kept clean. I have Community Fibre and TV with all the channels. You would have your own double cupboard in the kitchen plus space in the fridge and freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons; dishwasher, microwave, double oven, washing machine and even a tumble dryer. Parking outside is free so no need for permits or parking meters.
