Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my room in a lovely shared house in Norbury, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room and join the household.

It’s a really creative, friendly household, and we’re looking for someone like-minded who enjoys having their own space but is also up for the occasional chat, getting to know the people they live with and building good connections. Everyone has their own lives and routines, but it’s definitely not a house where you feel like strangers living under the same roof.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen/dining area, bathroom and a lovely garden which you’re welcome to enjoy. The room is currently unfurnished, although there may be options to arrange furniture if needed.

- Trains to London Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham Junction and Croydon
- Around a 2-minute walk to the bus stop
- High street with independent cafés, Costa, restaurants and takeaways nearby

- Two gyms within 10 minute walking distance nearby
- Parks within around 10 minutes

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

The area is on a quiet residential street, so you get a nice balance of having everything you need nearby while still having a peaceful home to come back to.
