We’re looking for another friendly, quiet & respectful housemate to share our lovely home with. We are working professionals. ✅ Located on the top / 3rd floor. It is a loft conversion, so it's the only room on that floor and is very private. It is a large double room overlooking the rear garden.
✅ It is south-facing so benefits from bright, warm light all day long.
✅ A double bed and a brand new wardrobe and desk will be provided (these are currently sitting in another room)

✔️ There is a bathroom with a brand new: flooring, bath/shower with a rainfall head and power head.
✔️ A separate galley kitchen (leading to the garden) with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, Nespresso machine and more.
✔️ We have supplied 1Gbps broadband/internet from Community fibre and have a mesh network so all areas of the house have sufficient coverage so everyone can enjoy streaming, video calls, etc at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home.
