A fully private studio is available at The Collective Old Oak, not shared with anyone. The studio includes:

Kitchenette with hob and microwave/oven

As I’ll be relocating to Spain for a new role from 4th of May, I’m looking for someone to take over my contract.

5 May – 1 July, or
5 May – 20 October (with option to extend)

There may be the possibility to stay longer if it’s a good fit.

✔️ Requirements:

Minimum annual salary of £38,000, or
Short stays (e. g. 2 months) may be considered with upfront payment
