2 bedrooms available in North Acton from mid July

The rooms are available individually, so you are very welcome to get in touch even if you are only interested in one of them.

The flat has just been renovated. As you can see from the photos, the works are still ongoing and they should be completed within the next 2 weeks.

The flat has four bedrooms in total and is split over two floors. On the upper floor, there is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fairly large kitchen, where it should be possible to add a dining table. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet on the landing between the two floors. On the lower floor, there are three further bedrooms.

The rooms are broadly similar, although some are slightly larger than others. The prices shown are therefore indicative for now, and the final rent for each room can be discussed depending on the room and everyone’s preferences. Bills are excluded.

At the moment, we are still living downstairs and we will move into the renovated flat once the works are finished. The rooms will be furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.

The flat is in a very convenient location: around 5 minutes’ walk from Acton Main Line station, 15 minutes’ walk from North Acton station, and about 3–5 minutes from local supermarkets, shops, and the post office.

We are looking for students only, in order to keep the household exempt from council tax. The flat would suit someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, ideally looking for a calm and friendly home environment.

Since the builders are still working, in-person viewings are possible but a bit more complicated. However, we have a recorded video which gives a clearer idea of the flat.
