I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to take over the second bedroom in this warm and welcoming two-bedroom flat.

The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge, plenty of storage, and a cupboard under the stairs. Large bifold doors open onto a private garden, making the space feel bright and airy. The shower room and toilet are separate, which is always handy when sharing.

The bedroom is a furnished double with a bed and a large built-in wardrobe. It also has patio doors that open onto a small outdoor space, which helps keep the room lovely and cool during the summer. Please note that any additional furniture and the curtains shown in the photos are not included with the room. Some furniture shown in the living room and kitchen photos also belongs to the current flatmate and won’t be staying.

The flat is around a 20-minute walk from North Acton and East Acton stations (Central line), as well as Willesden Junction (Overground), giving you great transport links across London.

On-street permit parking is available, with additional paid parking at the bottom of the street. There are ongoing HS2 works nearby, but they haven’t affected sleep or day-to-day life in the flat.

The street is quiet, family-friendly, and the upstairs neighbours are considerate and rarely noisy. The flat itself feels cosy, spacious and homely.

Council tax is approximately £94 per month, and the other bills (water, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi) are generally low.

A little about me:
I work long hours, so I’m often out during the day. My boyfriend stays over every couple of weeks for the weekend. When I’m home, I love cooking, watching films and true crime documentaries with a glass of wine, and having relaxed evenings in. I also enjoy card games and, every now and then, hosting a girls’ night or a small garden get-together in the summer.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, easy-going and looking for somewhere to genuinely call home. Please contact me for any further details or enquiries.
