Hi everyone! I’m looking for a flatmate to take over a room in our 2-bed. 2-bath flat from 23 November.

- Free wooden bed frame (mattress not included)

* Private bathroom next to the bedroom

The Flat & Building:

* Balcony and fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher
* Washing machine and superfast Wi-Fi
* Grey sofa and coffee table included
* Concierge, post room and bike storage
* Car parking available for an extra cost

Location:
* Right next to North Acton Underground (Central Line)
* Around 20mins to Central London
* Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express and 2 Asian supermarkets within few mins walk

Rent & Bills:
* £1,175 per month + approximately £200 in bills
* Bills include electricity, hot water, water, internet and council tax

Me:
My current flatmate is moving out after 5 years, so you’ll be taking over his share of the joint tenancy. I moved in at the end of August and will be switching to his room which has an en-suite.

I work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. I’m looking for someone clean and laid-back who enjoys their own space but is also happy to socialise occasionally.

The room is cosy, modern and spacious (honestly, the photos don’t do it justice). The flat is unfurnished, but the sofa and coffee table are staying. We can furnish and decorate the shared spaces together, including getting a dining table.

Pets:
I’m hoping to adopt a cat, so you must be comfortable living with animals. If you already have a pet, that’s welcome too! In that case, I won’t be adopting a cat, so your pet can enjoy the space without sharing it with another animal.
