We are looking for a person to join our relaxed and creative household (which includes a young professional and a student returning from university during holidays). A delightful double garden annexe room contains a single bed which can be made into two singles or a double. It has access to the facilities of the main house but has its own heating, ample storage, desk with chair and a WiFi booster. It is quiet and secluded and opens directly to the attractive double width garden with its apple tree and privet hedges. A double room overlooking the tree-lined cul-de-sac may also become available. We are in a quiet conservation area but ideally located for transport links all over London (various stations are a short walk away). Dulwich Village, East Dulwich, and Herne Hill with its famous swimming lido are on our doorstep, with the lively restaurants, shops and cinemas of Brixton and Peckham are also close by. Price is inclusive of all bills although, during winter months, an added contribution towards energy costs will be expected depending on usage.
