There is also access to a large communal garden.

The flat has excellent transport links, including to central London and Heathrow. It is just three minutes walk to North Ealing tube (piccadilly line,) and 9 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway (Central, Elizabeth, District). There are several shops, restaurants, cafes and a dry cleaners also just 3 minutes walk away.

Smoking is strictly not allowed in the flat but there is plenty of private outdoor space for smoking if required.
