Sadly, I am moving out of our flat share as I’ll be starting a new job soon at the other end of the city. My current flat mate and me are therefore looking for a replacement :-)

This is the larger room in the flat, incredibly spacious, featuring built in large wardrobes, a big mirror, a mattress, bed side table, and a book shelf. Rent is £575 per month, Internet, bills and council tax come up to around £110, so the total monthly cost is around £685.

The room is furnished, however, half of the furniture is mine which I will be leaving behind, so I would ask for a small fee of £75 for the mattress, bed side table, and book shelf.

We have a large and cozy living room, a new and extremely modern and spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a large storage room. There is also a balcony although it doesn’t get any sunlight (lol).

We are about a 1 min. walk from North Finchley bus station, 10 mins from Woodside Park tube station. The high street is right outside the door and has everything you’d need.

My amazing flat mate, Chihiro, is a contemporary dance student who enjoys cooking and catching up after a long day in the living room :) The new room mate (girls only!) should be friendly and clean and enjoy having a chat whilst also respecting each other’s privacy and alone time.
