This beautiful, luxury, designer apartment has been built upon two floors in an industrial warehouse-style.

Your room comes with everything you see in the photos. All of the furniture, pillows, bedding, wardrobe, desk etc..

Features include professional bathroom cleaning once a month, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, high ceilings, huge windows to create light and space, open brickwork, and the big sell, your own luxury en-suite bathroom.

The shared living space is open-plan. All of the furniture has been ordered to create a comfy living room fit for the loungiest of loungers.

We have a 65" TV.

The kitchen is beautiful. There are lots of compartments and appliances.

Bills are all included: Hi-speed broadband, Disney +, SKY tv, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Shudder included.
Laundry detergent, toilet paper, Kitchen towels, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, towels, bedding, handwash, all included... it's basically like living in an Airbnb.

I have a phobia of fish, so, unfortunately, anybody applying should bear this in mind as it cannot be brought into the home.

Occasionally we put on music and have friends around, but it's 'occasionally'. Anybody looking to make a home here should probably live the same kinda lifestyle.

We have a massive TV and sometimes veg out and binge-watch shows.

Oh, and I vape.

Hobbies include pretty much anything fun, but also, sofa, TV, and takeout. 4:20.

We're looking for somebody creative.

Our shared living space sometimes turns into a studio with equipment strewn across the dining room table.
Paints, paint brushes etc.

You're more than welcome to add all of your paintbrushes and paints to our paintbrushes and paints, but you can't take away our paintbrushes and paints.

We have a quality drinking water filter and a water softener system to protect you from London's yucky water. Happy days.

We have free parking on the street.

We live in a quiet house with zero drama; we'd like it to stay this way.

You'll be living with 2 flatmates (Cameron &Tasha).
Two foster Cats (Marley and Meli) who are hypoallergenic and very much a pair of gentle potatoes.

We're a couple of nerds. It's a very quiet house.
