I’m a teacher so out of the house 6:30-6:30 each week day during term time. The flat is WFH friendly and has a shared balcony with steps down to a communal garden. 25 minute walk (or 5 min bus) to Easy Finchley or slightly closer to Finchley Central. Rent includes a bi-weekly cleaner and I’d ideally like someone who is up for the occasional shared dinner and glass of wine.
