Large flat - girls only - double room - share.

Hi, I’m Carrie. I’m relocating from Shropshire as I have new job secured in an Events Company in Central London. I have also secured a 1st floor flat in North Finchley and am looking for some to move into the second double room from 1st July.

Rent is £850. Deposit £965. Bills excluded (approx £150/200 per month)

The room available is a great sized double and is furnished (the blue wall room). It’s got a lovely clean kitchen and gorgeous bright living room. There’s a separate toilet and bath/shower that we’ll share.

Transport links - there’s a bus stop at the end of the road and West Finchley or Woodside Park is the nearest tube. Just off the High Road there are loads of shops and cafes and more. Aldi is a 4 minute walk. Plus a Pure Gym.

The best fit would be someone under 25, because I’m a mature 19 yr old (with a 25yr old brain!) There’s no other requirements really. I’d love to socialise but there is absolutely no pressure. I am an extroverted recluse (ha ha!) I love to socialise, watch movies and laugh hysterically, but also really respect my space and that of others.
