I’ve got a room in North finchley that I’m looking for someone to move into ASAP 🫶
I’ve had to move for work and so am looking for someone to take over the tenancy which lasts till the 4th of September.
Single room
Rent: £580 a month (bills not included)
Public Transport: About 10 min walk to Woodside Park (Northern Line) or 5 min walk to bus station.
It’s a 4 bedroom house so you would be sharing with two girls and one guy- they’re super lovely and real gems to live with! They are all in their 20s and are really friendly, welcoming and easy people to share a house with.
The house has a shared kitchen and living room, and you would share a bathroom (with a bath!) with two of the housemates.
The landlords are really helpful and understanding, and it’s in a nice safe and convenient area too.
