Unfurnished double bedroom

Hello, I am offering an unfurnished double bedroom (3.6 x 2.6 m) in a 2-bed ground-floor flat in North Finchley (N12). The flat is in great condition and includes a large living room with a leather sofa, a modern kitchen with lots of storage and good appliances (oven, cooking hobs, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) and a spacious bathroom.
The double bedroom is unfurnished, but includes a large wardrobe. There is ample space for a double bed, 1 or 2 chests of drawers and a side table. The bedroom benefits from blackout blinds, curtains and a ceiling lamp. There is off-street parking and we overlook a beautiful communal garden. We share everything, including the bills that come to approx £192 per month per person (a bit more in winter). The landlord is very nice to deal with... I am looking for a considerate and clean professional flatmate. You'll have to pass referencing with a letting agency. I do work from home from time to time, and I spend most of my free time at my garden allotment. As you can see from the pictures, there is no dining table at the moment.
