Spacious double bedroom in North London flat

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful person to share my lovely 2-bedroom flat in North Finchley. The available room is a spacious furnished double bedroom, with a double bed, large mirrored wardrobes, space for a desk if needed and plenty of natural light.
The flat has a modern kitchen with plenty of storage and appliances, a good-sized shared bathroom, and a shared garden which is great for relaxing or enjoying some drinks outside in the warmer months.
I’m 22 years old and would ideally like to live with someone of a similar age who is friendly and easy-going. I’m sociable and happy to have dinner together or watch a movie, but also appreciate having our own space.

About the area:
North Finchley is a friendly, convenient and well-connected area with lots of local cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and shops nearby. There are plenty of green spaces and parks around, while Woodside Park (12min walk) and West Finchley stations provide easy access to the Northern Line and Central London. There are also good bus connections, making it easy to get around North London.
