We're looking for a lodger who wants an affordable double room in a friendly family home.

About the room:

A lovely neutrally furnished and decorated double room with a good amount of storage. Situated at the back of our five-bedroom family house, overlooking the garden.

What it includes:

Shared use of large fully equipped kitchen, pretty garden, bathroom and two separate toilets. Includes, all bills, Wi-Fi broadband, washing machine and dishwasher.

Location:

Finchley is mostly residential with a number of good parks, shops, cafes, banks and restaurants and it is only 7 miles from central London making it very accessible for bike commuters.

Our home is near all of these local amenities and only a 10-minute walk to Woodside Park and West Finchley tube stations.

What about us?

We are a warm, friendly and respectful family of two and sometimes four when our two adult children return from University.

Our interests include cycling, running, baking (bread and cake), going for long walks and growing lots of veggies and fruit at our allotment.
