The master bedroom has 2 double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The room benefits from fabulous natural light. There is a separate modern spacious bathroom in this immaculate, clean and well maintained house.
There are three rooms located on the first floor, one of the rooms has a male lodger. The bathroom on this floor will be shared with the other lodger. The bathroom is kept spotlessly clean and should remain this way while sharing. Downstairs there is an extra toilet/cloakroom.

My room is located on the 2nd floor loft conversion where I have my own bathroom.

I am looking to share the house with someone who is very clean and likes things to be kept immaculate !! There is a cleaner that comes 1 x week but you will be also required to maintain a high level of cleanliness. I am looking to let the room to someone who is a professional, working full time or a student. A person who enjoys being in tranquil surroundings and is looking for a relaxed friendly house with plenty of space and use of a well maintained garden with ample parking in the driveway.

This is a multi cat house and the cats go out.
The accommodation is ONLY suitable for someone who is used to having/living with cats.

Please note that pork or pork related products cannot be consumed in the house food wise.
