iQ Flinders House is stylish student living, just 12 minutes walk from the North Greenwich station and Ravensbourne University.
The Bronze Studio Plus gives you plenty of space and comes equipped with a bed, study area, storage, and en suite shower room, as well as your kitchenette with combi-oven, hob, fridge, and dining area. Our onsite gym and social areas are also available for your use.

I have a discounted Bronze studio at iQ Flinders House available at the price of £260 per week. (The original price on the website is £368 per week)
The contract will run until 10 September and I will go back to my hometown in the Summer.
Thus, ideally, I search for a student who will stay for 2 months of summer starting from June, July to 10 Sep 2024.
The move-in date and price can be negotiable.
A student that can afford to keep up with the rent payments installment.
