Location: seven minutes on foot to North Greenwich station, Jubilee line. Central London, sorted, in short order.

The household: two of us currently. I work as an Inhouse Counsel for a Venture Capital firm, the other holds a role at an Investment Bank. Both full-time, both fairly civilised about it, which means the place stays quiet and properly kept. We’re tidy by nature rather than by necessity, and we’d ask the same of whoever joins us -cleanliness isn’t negotiable, but good company certainly is welcome. We’re sociable sorts, genuinely interested in people and where they’ve come from, without turning the place into a revolving door.

The arrangement is a straightforward, flexible licence: informal, low-commitment, and built for people who’d rather not be shackled to twelve months of small print. Move in with ease, and if life takes you elsewhere, you’re not stuck explaining yourself to anyone.
