Double Bed Room in North Greenwich!

Unfortunately, my lovely flatmate is moving out after 2 years.

I’m looking for someone to replace her in our 2 bed 1 bath flat in North Greenwich.

Below are some details:

Rent: £975 per person

Move in: End June

Contract: For the last 2 years we’ve had a 1 year contract but based on the new renter laws this will shift to a rolling contract. You would need to pass reference check with the agency.

Transport: It’s a 10 minute walk to the North Greenwich Station or has a bus stop right outside the flat that goes directly to the station. London Bridge is only 4 stops away on the Jubliee line so great transport links.

Amenities: We have a big Asda, Lidl, Sainsbury and M&S food close by as well as a retail park. It’s also a 10 min walk to the O2. Best part, it’s super close to Greenwich Park and Village!

About me:
I currently work with an International NGO working with people with disabilities and public health.

Love going to watch movies and plays/ musicals at the west end. Also love to go on walks and cafe hopping. I’ve made a good community in the UK so I’m out and about, but would love to live with someone I can be friends with while respecting both our personal space and shared space. Just looking for someone chill who will keep the place clean and tidy 🙈
