Single - cosy double bedroom in North Greenwich

We are a Slovak couple and two Polish girls looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate to join our home.

We are tidy, organised and respectful people. We usually mind our own business and enjoy our own space, but from time to time we like to share a meal together or have an occasional drink and dance the night away.

We are looking for someone drama-free, clean and considerate who would enjoy a relaxed and positive atmosphere in the house.

There is one en-suite room in the house, so the main bathroom is shared between 3 people. There is also an additional toilet downstairs. A spacious living room and a lovely garden are definitely big pluses.

The rent is £680 per month plus bills, including council tax, gas, electricity, internet and a weekly cleaner for the common areas. Based on our calculations, the bills should come to around £150 extra per month.
