A beautiful en-suite room is becoming available in a modern luxury flat just a 10-minute walk from North Greenwich Station and the O2 Arena.

The flat is in a fantastic location, very close to the riverside — perfect for summer walks, running, or relaxing by the water. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and great transport links nearby.

The room is spacious, bright, and part of a clean, stylish, and well-maintained home. The building also benefits from a concierge service and a great residents’ gym, both included in the rent.

Unfortunately, my current housemate and friend is moving back to Italy due to family circumstances, so I’m looking for someone who will be a great fit for the flat and easy to live with.
