Double Bedroom Available in North Greenwich

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the lease of 1 bedroom in a gorgeous 2 bedrooms apartment in North Greenwich as my flatmate is moving out.

The flat is bright and quiet as sheltered from the main road. There is a big living room with a fitted kitchen (including a dishwasher!) The flat also comes with a lot of storage space and 1.5 bathrooms. The room itself is furnished and includes a walk-in closet.

The lease would start on the 15th of August. The rent for the room is £1,050 per month. Bills are not included but usually average to £150 a month including council tax. Our landlord is looking for someone in full-time work who is able to pass the usual referencing checks.

I am a young working professional, hoping to find a neat, friendly and reliable female flatmate! I also love to read or watch TV in the living room and host the occasional dinners :)

Location: the flat is off the main road, making the area quiet and really safe. It is a 10-15' walk to North Greenwich station and there also local buses available.

Local area: The flat is right off the river and the Thames Path making it a great running and walking route to Greenwich and Greenwich Park. There are large supermarkets within walking distance as of the flat as well as a PureGym and AnytimeFitness. There are also a variety of restaurants, shops and smaller supermarkets around the station and the O2 and there is often events and music playing there. For any emergency shops, there is also a Co-Op and some corner shops within a 5 min walk of the flat.
