Double Room with Ensuite in North Greenwich

Hello!
My current housemate is moving out to live with her partner so i’m looking for someone to replace her on the lease starting 5th of August.
The room is a double bedroom and includes an en-suite bathroom and is furnished (including double bed, mirror, desk, side table and closet).

We have a spacious living room and kitchen and a balcony as well! We also have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
We’ve been living at this flat for the past three years and have felt safe living here and the landlord is also lovely.

The flat is a 15 minute walk to O2 and North Greenwich station and 10 minute walk to Ikea. For grocery shopping, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Asda and Aldi are nearby as well.

The Council Tax Band is C.

I am looking for a housemate that is friendly, sociable, clean and tidy.
