My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a new person to take over her room.
This is a two bed 1 bathroom flat. The rent is £1020 per month - roughly £1200 per month altogether including council tax and bills. The council tax is band E. We have a spacious shared living room and a large terrace.
The flat is in North Greenwich in a fantastic location with excellent transport links and lots of amenities nearby.
We have a flexible move in date - any time from mid August to late September. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s interested in staying here long term.
Unfortunately there is no lift in the building so the flat is not wheelchair accessible.
About me:
I’m Hannah, I’m 27 and I’m a classical singer and film composer. I split my time working from home and my music studio. I’m very creative and sociable but appreciate quiet time too.
This is a queer friendly space - I’d like to prioritise female housemates who are 25+. Would love to live with someone who’s also creative/loves music!
