I am looking for someone to share my flat which is located between Queen's Park and Westbourne Park. Only 8 mins away from the stations.

The room has a double bed with wardrobe and relaxing atmosphere. Pictures don’t give justice to lovely atmosphere in the flat! It is bright, airy, very quiet and charming first floor flat in Queen's Park with great balcony, despite being a two bedroom flat, it is unusually comfortable.

Great transport links (London Overground, Bakerloo Line, Hammersmith&City Line and Circle Line). Minutes walk to swimming pool, gyms and parks like Queen's Park, Paddington Recreation which has tennis courts and futbol pitches, Hyde Park (20mins) and more! 10 min walk to Golborne and Portobello Roads, where you can find lots of great independent shops, for everything you need. Choice of restaurants and cafes is varied and for all budgets.

Queen's Park is like a little village! But just 20 min away by car to Camden Town! Warwick Avenue is only 10 Minutes away by walk. The area is lovely and quiet.

The building is modern and has storage for bikes and a gym. There are a few cycle routes near by. Plenty 24 hour buses if you prefer to travel by bus. Also 10 min by bus to Paddington.
